Foshan Lanyu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is based in Shishan, Nanhai, Foshan, at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The company operates the Shishan factory, Guanyao processing center and other facilities with a combined area of 28,000 m². It records annual sales of approximately RMB 200 million and has served 200+ customers. Branches in Hunan and Hubei support a group-based operation and an integrated industrial chain.
Lanyu focuses on complete melting and casting equipment for aluminum ingots, plates, billets and rods, backed by 30+ core technology patents. Its proprietary composite low-NOx combustion system reduces energy consumption by more than 30% and NOx emissions by more than 50% compared with conventional equipment. Products are exported in volume to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
For different output targets and production scenarios, Lanyu delivers integrated whole-plant melting and casting solutions covering design, equipment manufacturing, site construction and after-sales operations. Major customers include Weiye Aluminum, Fenglu Aluminum, Asia Aluminum, Zhongya Aluminum, Geely Auto, Soonbest Group and SYC Group.
Core products include regenerative tilting melting furnaces, double-chamber side-well furnaces, rotary furnaces, dross cooling drums, water-immersion ingot casting machines, palletizing robots, automatic ingot packing machines, AGV forklift storage systems, internal-guided hydraulic semi-continuous casting machines and pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors. The equipment uses more than 30% less energy than conventional alternatives, keeps metal loss below 1%, and enables casting-line automation of more than 95%.
