Crucible Melting Furnace
Crucible melting furnace for small-batch non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, lead and tin, with fuel and crucible options for die-casting and alloy workshops.
Table of Contents
Overview
The Crucible Melting Furnace is designed for low-melting-point, small-batch non-ferrous metals and alloys such as aluminum, lead, tin and magnesium alloys. It can be matched with die-casting machines, transfer tools or robotic loading systems. Heating options include natural gas, oil and biomass fuel, and the crucible can be selected according to the metal type and operating condition.
Overseas Project Support
For export projects, Lanyu can configure the crucible melting furnace around local fuel or power conditions, plant layout, automation level, operator workflow and environmental requirements. This furnace is usually selected for smaller batches, flexible alloy changes and compact workshops, so crucible material and heating method matter.
