Main Applications

The tilting melting and holding furnace is used on aluminum billet, sheet and recycled-aluminum lines. Its hydraulic tilting mechanism controls molten-metal transfer and pouring, reducing manual handling and associated transfer risk. Capacity, tilting angle, combustion and controls are configured for the production process.
